Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and a brief reason for return or exchange.

  3. Our team will verify your request and guide you through the next steps.

  4. Once approved, you can ship the product back to us using the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size, color, or product, we will replace it with the correct one at no additional cost.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as innerwear, cosmetics, personal care, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
