Return & Exchange Policy

At DeepaMart, we value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which orders can be cancelled or refunded.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped by contacting our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Once your order is successfully cancelled, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may, however, choose to refuse delivery at the time of arrival. Once the parcel returns to us, a refund will be issued after deduction of any applicable shipping or handling charges.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You raise a return request within 3 days of delivery via our support team.

Items not eligible for return or refund include:

  • Perishable goods, personal care products, innerwear, or opened food items.

  • Products bought under clearance sale or non-returnable offers.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (for prepaid orders).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

If the return is rejected (e.g., used or damaged product), the item will be sent back to you without refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary.

  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info.deepamart@gmail.com.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video as proof.

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeline and tracking shows no movement, please contact us.

We’ll work with our courier partner to resolve the issue or issue a refund as appropriate.
